Starting Pay is $22.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Communicate professionally with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
