As a Security Officer Part Time Observation in Juno Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utility location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, hazards, and security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
