Pay Rate: $18.22 / Hour
Valid Driver's License: All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This requirement is essential for positions that involve driving as part of the job responsibilities.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business location, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials as required, helping to support authorized entry to aerospace and defense-related administrative areas.
- Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
