As a Security Officer Morning Pharmaceutical Company Patrol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $19.58 / Hour

Day Time Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
