Responsibilities
Security officer tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Monitors access control and checkpoints.
- Monitors the entrance of the property through surveillance.
- Identifies visitors and requests appropriate documents.
- Identifies potential security risks and notifies appropriate supervisors.
- Maintains a written log of all daily activities per shift.

Position Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old or minimum age required by the State
- Must have a valid permanent California Guard Card
- Should possess great English communicating abilities, both written and oral
- Should be responsible, flexible and dependable
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Positive and confident professional image
- Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position
- Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Must be drug free
