Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous security experience preferred, not required.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Ability to speak, read and write English and follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to use cell phone and be able to fill out reports through email.
- Assist patients, visitors and staff as needed.
- Survey all buildings and grounds for a safe environment.
- Assist valet services and maintenance department as needed.
- Perform minor maintenance work, along with any other duties assigned.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS standards.
- Assist director in keeping compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
