Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Route Driver with Active Clearance in McKinney, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an aerospace and defense location, helping to maintain a secure environment for personnel and operations. This driving post includes conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Preferred ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Preferred comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
