What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities in a healthcare location.
- Welcome visitors, verify identification and authorization requirements, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site policies.
- Monitor access to designated entry points, assist with directing individuals to appropriate departments, and report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Answer phones, relay communications, maintain required logs, and support a professional reception environment while performing security-related duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
