As a Security Officer - Data Center Facility in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
* Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and reporting requirements.
* Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking locations, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
* Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site requirements.
* Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
* A Guard Card/License is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
