We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer/Concierge to join our team at a prestigious high-end condominium association in Aventura, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury residential environment and possess excellent customer service skills to effectively operate the front desk and ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property.
• Operate the front desk, greeting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor building access and verify credentials of visitors and vendors.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services as needed.
• Assist residents with inquiries and provide concierge services as required.
• Ensure compliance with building policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security officer or concierge in a high-end condominium or similar luxury residential setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate front desk systems and manage visitor access efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer operations is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid security license or certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
