Patrol Security Officer
We are seeking reliable and self-motivated Patrol Security Officers to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas
- Perform pool lock-ups and unlocks as scheduled
- Write clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- De-escalate and diffuse potentially tense situations
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Monitor and address issues involving trespassers or vagrants
- Work collaboratively with team members and take leadership when needed
Minimum Qualifications (California Compliance):
- Active California Guard Card (required)
- Previous patrol security experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure
- Team-oriented with leadership qualities
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts and weekends
