Security Lab Service Manager — Governance & Delivery

EY’s Security Technology Services (STS) Lab invites an experienced Service Manager (Assistant Director level) to own the lab’s portfolio, prioritize work, and govern funding. You’ll partner with global security leads and SME teams to align engineering priorities with business goals.

You'll define the service roadmap, manage intake, deliver governance reports, and serve as the escalation point for stakeholders, enabling scalable, well-funded lab operations.
