United Protective Services is hiring Security Flex Officers to provide professional security coverage at client locations throughout Austin and surrounding areas.

  Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and assignment

  Location: Austin and surrounding areas

  Schedule: Flexible assignments with varying shifts and days

This is a true Flex Officer position. Officers should be comfortable working different locations, adapting to different site requirements, and providing coverage when client needs change.

What You'll Do

  Provide professional security coverage at assigned client locations

  Patrol and monitor properties

  n

• n

  Monitor employees, visitors, contractors, and client assets

  n
n
• n

  Control access according to site procedures

  n
n
• n

  Follow site-specific post orders and security protocols

  n
n
• n

  Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents

  n
n
• n

  Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports

  n
n
• n

  Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and supervisors

  n
n
• n

  Maintain a visible, professional security presence

  n
n
• n

  Adapt quickly to different locations, procedures, and assignments
