Security Engineering Manager — AI-Driven Product Security

Greenhouse is seeking a Manager, Security Engineering to lead both Product Security and Corporate Security teams. You will own strategy and roadmaps, act as a security engineering point of contact for stakeholders, and drive secure AI adoption across security workflows.

You will build an AI-native security engineering function, strengthen the Security Partner model, and mentor engineers while maintaining a culture of ownership and inclusion.
