Owning the technical side of the security program, the full-time remote Security Engineer will manage vulnerability assessments, operate security monitoring tools, and lead incident response efforts while collaborating with Engineering and Compliance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Run the vulnerability-management lifecycle, including scanning, triage, and remediation
- Operate and enhance security monitoring systems and respond to security incidents
- Implement technical controls for identity and access management and automate security operations
Required qualifications
- Proven ownership of technical security in a production SaaS or cloud environment
- Strong fundamentals in Linux systems, networking, and cloud security
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management and security monitoring systems
- Practical understanding of IAM, privileged access, and network controls
- Ability to automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or similar tools
