Required Qualifications
Strong experience in Linux system administration, particularly CentOS or Red Hat Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, log management, and security monitoring solutions.
Experience with Ansible automation, playbook development, and configuration management.
Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation and system administration.
Experience supporting enterprise security applications such as Zabbix, Arkime, Exabeam, or Proofpoint.
Knowledge of log collection, log forwarding, log enrichment, and centralized logging architectures.
Understanding of server infrastructure, networking, application troubleshooting, and system integrations.
Experience working with REST APIs and automating workflows across multiple enterprise platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to participate in a rotating on-call support schedule.
