Team leaders with prior one year of experience in the security industry as a team lead or shift supervisor should apply immediately!
Must have prior front gate at a residential community – ABDI required
Security Site Lead oversees site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocol.

- Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute the contract
- Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
- Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
- Address and rectify all employee relations and payroll concerns promptly
- Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
- Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
- Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team promptly
- Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary

- Other duties to be determined by management
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Security D License (Required)
- Valid FL Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
- Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
