Branch Patrol Supervisor (Armed)Post Location: Signal of OrlandoSchedule: Full time (Weekend Availability Required)Shift/s: Overnight shift (7:00pm - 07:00am) (Detailed shifts start and end time will be discussed during the in-person interview)Pay Rate: $20/hourRequirements:ARMED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN GEAR- duty belt, level 3 holster, vest and firearm - please be prepared to bring all gear (with the exception of the firearm to your interview)Must have a VALID Driver's licenseMust have a G license in the state of FloridaMust be 21 years of age or olderAble to read, speak, and write in EnglishWorking smartphone that can download and use apps (not provided applicants must have and be able to use their own)All officers must be confident and comfortable with verbal de-escalation.Supervisor experience preferredMust be able to pass a background and drug screeningMust be able to sit or stand for 12 hours at a timeResponsibilities:Supervises activities and monitors productivity of security officersPerforms training at a variety of sitesOversees security officer's adherence to policy and performance standardsEnsures all shifts are filled and resolves any vacancies by covering sites or finding adequate coverageDisplays knowledge of each site including all patrol routesSupervises and monitors all officer communication and hourly reportsPossesses ability to address minor vehicle issues that may be encountered (e.g., flat tires)Documents all security officer related issues for managementConducts nightly site visits and creates detailed reports with specific action points from each visitInteracts with all clients in a courteous and professional mannerEvaluate schedules and time off requestsOther duties as assignedBenefits:Paid trainingFlexible ScheduleCareer advancement opportunitiesVeteran and First Responder FriendlyPatrol officers must be able to hit 30-50 stops a night and have good time management skills. Patrol officers must be ALERT, engaged and proactive. Officers must be able to conduct a variety of vehicle AND foot patrols, complete 30-50+ reports including explanations of observations and photos, respond to dispatch calls, interact with activity and individuals on property and monitor actively for unusual activity on multiple sites.Essential Job Functions:Standing or walking for extended periods;Responding quickly to threats or emergencies;Completing incident reports;Maintaining situational awareness;Operating security technology; andIn the case of a Patrol Officer or Dedicated vehicle post: driving a patrol vehicle on a scheduled patrol cycle for specific durations with limited idle times.Position Summary:A Signal Branch Patrol Supervisor provides functional leadership to Signal's Community Based Security Officers through the development and implementation of policies and practices essential to the effective management of day-to-day operations. Basic duties include protecting all sites and managing all reporting officers.

Can you create an environment of openness, trust and respect while coaching and developing Advanced and Patrol Officer's performance?Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business. Can you complete your daily assigned tasks with the additional responsibility of reviewing the activity and incident reports of Advanced and Patrol Officers?Responsibilities:Coach, monitor, and develop accountability for the individual performance of the Advanced Patrol Officer and Patrol Officer's to align with company standards ie. patrol completion, report writing, etc..Leads the Branch Manager Daily Scrum to communicate all service, property, post order, and routing changes.Schedules and conducts spot checks with officers under their supervision, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed.Promptly and consistently report any client specific information or issues to the Coordinator, while helping to execute and provide resolutions to any client issues or concerns.Participate in the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and setting up orientation dates and times. Communicate regularly with the Coordinator throughout the hiring process.Responsible for equipment inventory and maintenance including uniforms, vehicles, devices, phones, etc.

while communicating needs and issues to their Coordinator.Participating in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Coordinator to enhance the Officer Brand Experience.Responsible for ensuring schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond the Signal expectations.Communicate with the Coordinator in the Weekly Coordinator Meeting to review weekly score card, route reviews, operation priorities, and all client related issues.Requirements:21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDPass background check and drug testMust have valid driver's license and good driving recordMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysComplete training modules within first monthExcellent organization, oral, and written communication skillsDemonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all timesMust be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds?
