Key Responsibilities
- Perform system administration, automation, and development activities for the Cloud Management Platform.
- Work with Department of Technology Operations personnel and customer teams to facilitate cloud migrations.
- Maintain the availability and continuity of shared services across AWS and Azure.
- Support cloud governance, security, networking, identity management, cost controls, and platform operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 8+ years of technical architecture experience with relevant hands-on engineering experience.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or architecture.
- 8+ years of technical architecture experience.
- 5-7 years of AWS experience, including:
- IAM
- AWS Organizations
- Cloud networking architecture
- Cost-management controls
- 3-5 years of Azure experience, including:
- RBAC
- Cloud networking architecture
- Cost-management controls
- 3-7 years of enterprise cloud architecture or cloud governance experience.
- 3-5 years of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
- 3-5 years of cloud migration and platform operations experience.
- 3+ years of technical leadership and knowledge-transfer experience.
- Strong public-cloud infrastructure expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS and/or Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Experience designing scalable cloud technologies and solutions.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud security, penetration testing, and threat-detection tools.
