Security Administration Analyst (ISM)The Security Administration Analyst is a key contributor in the Information Security Division. This individual will be required to collaborate closely with their global peers and be open to change within the organization. This individual is a strong global team member who sees the Division’s success as their own success.The role involves ensuring Information Security Management is seen as a Trusted, Valued, and Differentiated Organization.

Enhancing client experience, while strengthening access security administration and enforcing least privileged best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesEnhance and instill a strong security posture; protect company and client data.Adhere to least privileged best practices in provisioning of access.Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the why, what, how, and impact of activity ISM (Information Security Management) is administering.Administer user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications.Ensure provisioning/deprovisioning activities are executed real-time, accurately, and meet defined SLAs.Coordinate with local security coordinators and application data owners to ensure access to programs and applications are processed and verified accurately to meet defined SLAs.Provide coverage and support for user requests received via the ISM hotline.Identify process improvement initiatives and proactively contribute to new workflows.Ensure standard business processes are well-defined and align with industry standards, best practices, and client needs.Ensure all procedures, policies, and RCSA controls are current and reflective of actual practices.Contribute to an environment focused on best-in-class security, controls, adherence to procedures, and challenging the status quo.Collaborate closely with counterparts to ensure a consistent security posture and environment across the global organization.Present key findings, recommendations, initiatives, and progress to managers and team members in clear and concise communication forums.QualificationsAbility to contribute effectively to a collaborative team environment.A strong interest in technology, Information Security, and Access/Identity Management.Knowledge of Security administration technology and tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, SailPoint, RBAC, and Least Privilege Access Principles.Strong analytical and data mining skills.Creative and effective problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Highly motivated with the ability to self-manage and embrace ownership.Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines; escalate issues appropriately as needed.Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
