Duties
- Advise clients on securitization and structured finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate complex financial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with CLO, CMBS, Repo, and ABL finance is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Solid law firm work experience.
Education
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Member of the Bar in the United States.
