Securitization / Structured Finance Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a Securitization / Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in its Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Washington, D.C. office.About the Role:The firm's Capital Markets practice is looking for mid-level and senior associates with at least 3 years of substantial experience in:Securitization and structured finance transactionsStructured products, corporate finance, and/or real estate financeAdditional experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus, but not required.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in securitization and structured financeStrong law firm experience handling complex financial transactionsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New York, North Carolina, or D.C.
