In this role, you will own daily operations for a section producing complex castings and precision machined components, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will supervise and develop team members, drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate scheduling and materials, and partner with engineering and quality on new and existing programs.
