In this role, you will manage daily operations for a section producing complex castings and precision machined components, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will plan resources, drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and use data to resolve production and quality issues.
Working closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, you will support new product introductions and cross-plant projects while coaching and developing a high-performing team.
