Job Summary:
A Secret Shopper visits assigned retail stores, restaurants, or businesses while posing as a regular customer to evaluate customer service, employee performance, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. The Secret Shopper observes interactions, completes assigned purchases or inquiries, and submits accurate, detailed reports to help improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations anonymously as a regular customer.
- Evaluate customer service, employee professionalism, and product knowledge.
- Observe store cleanliness, organization, and product availability.
- Complete assigned purchases or service inquiries when required.
- Accurately document observations and complete evaluation reports by the required deadline.
- Maintain confidentiality of assignments and findings.
- Follow all project guidelines and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Excellent written communication and reporting abilities.
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to remain objective and discreet.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills for submitting reports.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
