Secret Clearance Product Owner

To support the U.S. Army's HR automation initiatives, the full-time Microsoft 365 Product Owner will lead requirements elicitation, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and document business and technical requirements while working onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, and requiring an active Secret clearance. Key responsibilities Lead requirements elicitation activities using human-centered design principles for HR automation initiatives Document and validate business, functional, and technical requirements in collaboration with product owners and developers Identify automation opportunities and develop detailed process maps and user stories in alignment with Agile methodologies Required qualifications Active Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst supporting federal or DoD clients Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) Demonstrated experience applying Human-Centered Design principles to requirements gathering and solution design
