To support strategic decision-making, the full-time Business Process Analyst will work remotely to collect and analyze program information, develop comprehensive Business Case Analyses, and prepare After-Action reports, requiring an active Secret clearance. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments, to support project initiatives Prepare After Action reports that objectively review project outcomes, highlighting successes and lessons learned Required qualifications Active Secret clearance is mandatory Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience Certification in business analysis (CBAP) or project management (PMP) is desired Army experience is preferred, with a focus on Army NETCOM experience being a plus Proven experience in business analysis and program management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
