Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

• Drive Reporting Excellence: Prepare and review mutual fund financial statements, shareholder reports, and SEC regulatory filings in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Ensure Precision & Integrity: Analyze fund financial statements, disclosures, and financial highlights to maintain absolute data accuracy.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Legal, Tax, and external auditors to resolve complex accounting and disclosure matters.
• Lead Audit Readiness: Prepare comprehensive audit workpapers, support annual audits, and review general ledger reconciliations.

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience within the mutual fund, ETF, or broader investment management space.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Advanced MS Excel proficiency (experience with DFIN ArcReporting is a plus).
• Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.
