AdventHealth Medical Group Sebring FL seeks an experienced core Internal Medicine outpatient faculty physician for our residency program.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, teach, and supervise faculty, residents, and students in the Internal Medicine Program.
- Assist the program director with evaluating the clinical and teaching effectiveness of residents and the program.
- Practice and teach full‑spectrum Internal Medicine.
- Teach didactics and help develop curriculum.
- Interview, recruit, and maintain faculty staffing; conduct yearly reviews; provide direct clinical care; educate internal medicine medical students and residents; conduct research.

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted Florida licensure or ability to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in internal medicine with at least two years as a core faculty member in an ACGME‑accredited internal medicine residency program
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Commitment to providing high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care
- Commitment to teaching medical students and training the Internal Medicine physicians of tomorrow
- Demonstrated administrative and scholarly activity
