The APP Nocturnist role will be working in the Emergency Medicine specialty at Mountainside Medical Center – EM Montclair, NJ. Envision is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center. This position is a dedicated overnight APP coverage across all clinical zones within a fast‑paced Emergency Department.

Requirements
- Prior Emergency Medicine experience
- Ability to independently evaluate and manage a broad range of emergency presentations
- Strong clinical judgment, procedural skills, and team‑based approach to patient care

Annual patient visits: 44,000
18 monitored beds in the main ED plus 4 crisis rooms
8‑bed Upright 3s unit fully equipped with telemetry monitoring and resuscitation capabilities
EPIC EMR used for documentation
