Spirit Halloween is hiring an Store Manager for a Seasonal Store in California. You will support the Store Manager in staffing, setup and teardown of a Seasonal Store, and help drive sales through effective merchandising and guest service.
Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, pack-up, inventory control, establishing guest services, and controlling expenses and shrinkage to maximize profitability. Minimum age 18, flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience required.
