Seasonal Store Lead — Flexible Schedule & Guest Experience

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their seasonal store in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role includes assisting in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown. You will ensure maximum sales by maintaining excellent Guest Services and managing inventory.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have prior retail management experience, and be physically able to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for long periods.
