Seasonal Store Lead — Drive Sales & Guest Experience

Spirit Halloween in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a seasonal store leader to support the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.

This role helps maximize sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, and overseeing merchandising, inventory control, and expenses. A minimum age of 18, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Prior retail management experience is also required.
