What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
- Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
- Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
- Ensure effective documentation of nursing processes and interventions.
- Discuss patient findings and progress with the healthcare team.
- Adhere to workplace safety principles and practices.
- Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's Degree (ADN) required
- Experience: Experienced level required
- Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in California
