Seasonal Retail Associate

A luxury fashion boutique is hiring seasonal team members for the holiday season and beyond. A possible earlier start for training is available if your schedule allows.

Role 1: Seasonal Sales Support

• Provide warm, elevated service to boutique clients
• Support Client Advisors and sales floor coverage
• Greet clients and assist with product and fitting room needs
• Retrieve and replenish merchandise
• Maintain luxury presentation standards
• Assist with client appointments and high-volume holiday traffic

Ideal background: Luxury or premium retail experience preferred. Strong fashion retail or luxury hospitality candidates will also be considered. You’re polished, engaging, service-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Contract Length: December 1 to January 8

Role 2: Seasonal Operations Specialist (1 opening)

• Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
• Maintain stockroom organization and accurate inventory records
• Keep the sales floor fully stocked and sized
• Support inventory counts, transfers, returns, and system accuracy
• Prepare and package client orders, holds, and shipments
• Maintain luxury presentation standards
• Assist with appointment preparation and holiday traffic
• Provide short-term support at a second seasonal location in early February

Ideal background: Retail operations, stockroom, inventory, or visual merchandising experience preferred, ideally in luxury or premium retail. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, comfortable with physical tasks like lifting and moving inventory, and you bring a polished, professional presence.

Contract Length: December 1 to February 28

Good to know: Weekend and holiday availability is expected. The boutique reopens in early December after a refresh, and the busiest stretch runs from mid-December through the first week of January.
