Maximus is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead customer service representatives on a seasonal, remote assignment from September to December, ensuring program objectives and service level agreements are met. Shifts run 7am–7pm CST, with mandatory overtime on Mondays during production and on 12/11; overtime opportunities may be available as volunteer OT.
