Key responsibilities Source and engage qualified candidates across various roles, maintaining strong candidate pipelines Manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and collaboration with hiring managers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields involving candidate evaluation and relationship building Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance with employment laws
