This includes being an available resource to help with day-to-day operations of the department. The Project Coordinator will assist with actualizing, handle smaller projects, and handle other admin functions as needed.ResponsibilitiesWork on smaller projects and communicate to all relevant departments in regards-to budgeting, production, post-production.Review, Code, Authorize and submit to accounting all Invoices, Timecards and Expenses applicable to the coordinator's projects.Manage assigned projects through to final billingKeep detailed records of assigned projectsAssist Project Managers with staying current with actualizingProcess paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binderBe a resource to Project Managers on a day-to-day basis for any help requiredMake sure paperwork and reports are filed and or disseminated to the appropriate PMsRequired QualificationsCollege Degree-BA or BS in a Media related or business or Project Management program3-5 years professional office experienceExtremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and TeamsMust have exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skillsExperience with budgeting and planning/scheduling and managing of projectsClient handling experienceA strong ability to multi-task and detail orientedAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialityPreferred Qualifications3-5 years of Production and Post-Production experienceOther Key Attributes / CharacteristicsThe candidate should be a self-starter with strong communication skills.
The candidate should also be able to keep all relevant parties informed on the status of their project or tasks daily. The Project Coordinator will need to demonstrate extremely strong organizational skills and maintain meticulous records of all their projects and assist the Project Managers with their records.
