About the Role
As the Seasonal Field Logistics Human Resources Specialist, you will support HR productivity through administering associate onboarding activities, HR processes and compliance programs
What You’ll Do
- Prepare recruiting materials for onsite job fairs
- Heavy data entry for interview and orientation sessions
- Assist with new hire orientation and benefits orientation sessions
- Processes new hire documentation and onsite drug tests
- Answers associate questions and/or redirects to AskHR (HR customer serivce)
- Enter payroll data and process payroll exceptions
- Ensure accurate data is entered into time keeping and scheduling systems
- Process termination and final pay to meet state requirements
- Set up, maintain and audit personnel files and other relevant HR records
- Accurate filing of personnel document
- Additional tasks as assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task using multiple applications and technologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in computer navigation skills
- Basic reading and math skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative/customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Bilingual
