Seasonal Order Puller - 2nd ShiftPackerland Warehouse - Green Bay, WI 54304OverviewLevel Entry Job Shift 2nd Shift 4P-2ADescriptionThe purpose of the Order Puller position is to pull boxed product from warehouse to fulfill customer orders. Must have the ability to accurately count and review customer orders for accuracy. Must be able to operate powered equipment such as: Forklift, or Electric Pallet Jack.Essential FunctionsRead ordersOperate electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack and forkliftIdentify correct location/item by number and physical descriptionPalletize order to prepare for shipmentSteady work environment requiring attention to detailReclass product using the WMS processBasic reading and math requiredRequired to do basic housekeeping/sanitation duties during slow timesAssist in the training of new employeesQualificationsCompetenciesMust have the ability to use computers/scanning technologyMust have the ability to accurately read, count, and match numbersMust be able to operate powered equipment in a safe mannerMust be able to stay on task and be self-motivatedMust apply food safety and employee safety guidelines in all performance measuresMust have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team environmentSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilityWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to powered equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

The work environment is climate controlled.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to fingers; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally life and /or move up to 50 pounds.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis position is considered full-time.
