Seasonal Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps keep retail store operations running smoothly, primarily by managing inventory and supporting the sales floor. The role may also assist customers and contribute to store presentation as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, tags, and RFID inventory scans; manage replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and deliver merchandise to sales associates.
• Assist customers, support sales transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting-room areas.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Be able to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Be available for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
