Seasonal Employer Enrollment Representative

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the seasonal Employer Enrollment Representative will monitor a shared inbox, process employer group and employee benefit requests, and complete enrollment-related tasks through various online systems while working remotely on a full-time basis. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage a shared inbox, responding to requests from employer groups Process employee terminations, coverage changes, and other benefit requests Complete enrollment and benefit-related tasks through online portals and systems Required qualifications High school diploma or GED; associate degree or college coursework preferred 1-2 years of experience in health plan enrollment, healthcare administration, or insurance operations Experience with enrollment or health insurance systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Working knowledge of Medicare and/or ACA enrollment guidelines preferred
