As a key member of the Customer Experience Team, the Seasonal Customer Support Coordinator will work full-time in a hybrid capacity, managing customer inquiries through email and live chat, resolving issues, and supporting ecommerce operations from October 19th to January 9th. Key Responsibilities Manage daily email and live chat conversations with customers, providing timely and empathetic responses Assist customers with website navigation, product inquiries, and order-related issues while taking ownership of escalated situations Support additional Customer Experience initiatives and projects as business needs arise Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 1+ years of customer support experience in an ecommerce environment Experience using Zendesk or a similar customer support platform is strongly preferred Ability to work a consistent 38-40 hour workweek, including nights, weekends, and holidays Proven adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
