Providing exceptional customer service, the Seasonal Customer Service Associate will assist catalog and online customers through phone and email interactions, resolve inquiries, and process transactions in a fully remote, part-time capacity during the holiday shopping season. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service reflecting American Girl and Mattel's service standards Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and other service channels Resolve product, order, and service-related inquiries while striving for first-contact resolution Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be available to work the full seasonal assignment period from September through December Ability to attend mandatory virtual training for up to 10 days Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) or 880 keystrokes per minute Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows and web browsers
