Seasonal Customer Advocate

To support Intuit TurboTax users, the Seasonal Part-Time Customer Advocate will create high-quality customer interactions, handle inbound service calls, and drive customer satisfaction while working remotely as an active student at Marshall University. Key responsibilities Create high-quality customer interactions in support of Intuit's TurboTax product Handle inbound service calls without cold calling Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance customer service skills Required qualifications Must be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University Must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment Willingness to complete and pass a background check Passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
