Seasonal CS Supervisor: Print Quality & Design Excellence

Minted is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Supervisor (Graphic Design Experience Required) to lead the PQ Resolution team during peak periods. You will manage a fast‑paced group of about 30 Assistants and 2 Specialists, coaching for productive, high‑touch service while upholding Minted’s design standards.

You’ll oversee real‑time queues, partner with CS Shift Managers and the Print Quality Supervisor to adjust staffing, train on file issues, and improve CSAT.
