Key responsibilities Handle 4-6 simultaneous inbound chats, ensuring accuracy and timely responses Qualify customer needs and route inquiries to the appropriate resources or licensed agents Answer general insurance questions and assist with website navigation and enrollment processes Required qualifications 1+ years of customer service chat-based experience Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50+ WPM) Proficiency with standard software and ability to navigate multiple platforms High-speed hardwired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
