We're hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Campus Host to help create exceptional environments for services, ministry gatherings, special events, and missional space initiatives.Schedule: Seasonal, as-needed. Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Pay Range: $15.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)The Role:As a Campus Host, you are part hospitality leader, part operations coordinator, and part problem-solver.

You'll ensure rooms are set up with excellence, A/V systems are supported, volunteers are equipped, and guests feel genuinely welcomed.You will:Lead room set-up and campus preparation for services, ministries, special events, and rentalsProvide A/V technical support and troubleshoot issues as neededMaintain quality control of campus environmentsDeliver outstanding guest service to internal teams and outside groupsCoordinate with Facilities and Risk Management on building and safety needsServe as point leader for security or evacuation situations when requiredOversee a specialty focus area (such as volunteer training, A/V, inventory management, or lobby operations)Recruit, develop, train, and care for volunteer teamsWhat success looks like:Ministry and events run smoothly and sustainablySpaces consistently reflect excellence and attention to detailGuests experience proactive, thoughtful hospitalityVolunteers feel valued, trained, and integratedRequirementsWhat you bring:Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and quick decision-making skillsExcellent time managementCustomer service excellenceWorking knowledge of facility operationsAbility to flex your schedule as neededAbility to develop and delegate to a teamExperience & EducationMust be 18 years old or older, and High school diploma or GED preferredExperience leading a teamPrior customer service experience
