Key responsibilities Manage support operations for TaxAct Professional and Business product lines, addressing program connectivity, compatibility, navigation, and usability issues Deliver timely and professional support to both external and internal customers while troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed Communicate trending issues to management and contribute to the knowledge database based on customer interactions Required qualifications Strong preference for TaxAct Professional users Bachelor's degree in accounting or a computer-related field, or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience or equivalent At least 2 years of experience with Internet browsers and Microsoft Windows operating systems B2B experience is a plus
