Responsibilities
Build and develop Systems Engineering team, including coaching and performance management of direct reportsEstablish and maintain Systems Engineering processes, tools, procedures, and representation in organizational reviewsEngage with internal and external customers to understand market needs and ensure solutions align with proceduresOversee new product development deliverables and technical vision for navigated medical devicesCommunicate business opportunities and ensure team compliance with applicable guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 15 years' multi-disciplinary design experienceMaster's degree in systems engineeringMinimum 4 years as Hardware, Software, Mechanical, or Biomedical engineerMinimum 3 years leading a Systems Engineering teamStrong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skillsMedical device development experience preferredAgile environment development experience preferred
